These are included in your ‘Escape:30 Circuit Only’ or ‘Escape:30 Full’ membership options.

A selection of classes are held within the circuit. These classes offer members an opportunity for more exercise using the machines, expending extra energy but still not overloading muscles. Movements are completed using just your body weight and concentrate on upper, middle, or lower body.

These classes are available for all members and do not need to be booked. Please see the in-house notice board for times, just turn up.

Balance Classes:
Ideal for anyone, Balance Class is a low impact class that will improve your mind, body and spirit. combining pilaties, yoga and stretching.

 

Cardio And Core:
Cardio and Core class is a combination of high impact and core base training targeting the major muscles around the abdomen and will help improve your endurance and core strength.

 

Cardio Box:
Cardio Box is a energetic class combiningpunching and kicking to target the upper body and lower body to help burn those calories.

 

Bootcamp:
Using all body weight exercises to maximiseyour calorie burn andincrease your heart rate. Bootcamp class will help build strength, endurance and agility.

 

Ab and Back:
Strong abdominal muscles is the key to maximizing strength and stability, maintaining mobility and reducing the risk of injury to the lower back.
